What is the return policy on Livo Universal?

Most of our products are eligible for return and refund for domestic orders. There are some items that are Made to order which are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for every product is clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How are returns processed?

Once you request to return a product via email or phone, a pick up is organised for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return request has been received. This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, a refund is initiated.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order. Please email us at care@livouniversal.com to request a cancellation.

 

Can I return part of my order?

Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery. Please do note there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable.

Which countries does Livo Universal ship to?

Livo Universal ships to US, UK, UAE, Australia, Nepal, Hong Kong, South Africa, Qatar, Oman, Malaysia, Singapore, Mauritius, Afghanistan and South Africa.

 

Can I return, exchange or cancel an international order?
