Return Policy

Definition: ‘Return’ means an action of giving back the product ordered at by the customer. The following situations may arise which may cause the action of return of product:
1.Product(s) delivered do not match your order;
2.Product(s) delivered are past or near to its expiry date (products with an expiry date of less than 03 months shall be considered as near expiry);
3.Product(s) delivered were damaged in transit (do not to accept any product which has a tampered seal).

General Return policy on LivoUniversal?

Returns made easier while ordering at Livo Universal – you can return all items within 72 hours of  receipt of goods. Please ensure however that the product is unused, not being damaged, boxes and other packaging is intact.

If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we’ll take it back within 7-14 days from the date of delivery. If you have paid by card then we will reverse the payment after receiving your package back to the company (the product should not be damaged or used). In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer.

Return Process:

  1. For Return intimation, please visit or alternatively call us at 1800-212-6067  (Open 10 AM – 8 PM from Monday – Saturday and 11 AM – 5 PM on Sunday).
  2. LivoUniversal customer care team will verify the claim made by the customer within 72 (seventy-two) business hours from the time of complaint.
  3. Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, LivoUniversal will initiate the collection of product(s) to be returned.
  4. The customer will be required to pack the product(s) in original manufacturer’s packaging.
